Abstract: Efficiency is the main consideration in designing of any equipment. In an induction motor, there are many parameters that could affect the motor efficiency. One of them is the size of rotor bar, that contribute to the rotor resistances. Changes of the rotor bar size will change the motor efficiency due to the rotor resistance changes. The study was carried out by using a Motorsolve software program. This software enable user to produce few different induction motor design and able to provide result in a very short period. In this simulation, numbers of rotor bars\ size were chosen, each different sizes had produced different efficiency value and characteristic.
