Plasma, a fourth state of matter distinct from solid or liquid or gas and present in stars and fusion reactors; a gas becomes plasma when it is heated until atoms lose all their electrons, leaving a highly electrified collection of nuclei and free electrons. Several experiments will be conducted to determine the efficiency with different operating parameters. Advanced materials such as Titanium and hard Alloys exhibit very excellent technical properties especially in term of strength, hardness and toughness. However, it is partially acceptable in industrial application due to difficulties in welding especially when utilizing conventional gas or arc welding. The Design of Experiment (DOE) approach is proved to be highly effective for measuring performance of a process which is controlled by more than one factor such as current, flow, pressure, arc distance, and inert gas in Plasma cutting. The output or responses for this experiment are material removal rate and surface finishen_US
