This paper present the effect of different duration aging temperature on fatigue strength of Al6063. Al 6063 alloy specimens have been solution heat treated at 520C for 2 hours. Subsequently, the artificial ageing heat treatment was carried put at 200C ageing temperature at 4, 8 and 12 hours respectively. Besides that, there are specimens that not been to heat treatment process. The hardness test was carried out where it shows that specimen at 8 hour ageing temperature have the highest hardness test result compared with other different ageing time. After that, the fatigue test was carried out. From the fatigue test, graph stress versus number of cycles was plotted. The result of S-N graph, it was found out that 8 hour ageing temperature showed the highest fatigue failure. Fractography studies via scanning electron microscopy (SEM) revealed that there is a clearly striation and crack growth appeared on the microstructure of the specimen failure.en_US
