Parking meter system is design for the entrance and exit for the parking area. This parking system is connected to manual or automatic pay station. These systems are based on the same software platform but use different types of Access Media, such as Magnetic stripe tickets, Computer-chip based Park Coins and many others. The automatic lock parking system can validate and accept up to four different types of coin where each types of coins has been determined. If different types of coins are inserted into the parking meter, it will automatically reject the coins and detect it as an unknown object. Each type of coins has a different time required for the customer to park their vehicle at the parking area. If the vehicles parked in over limit of time, the car tire will be block then. The aim for this project is to design the automatic lock parking system. It is a new product of parking meter with a new function which makes it different from existing parking meter. It has been designed and initialized using Visual Basic Software in order to get the expected result in detail and the easiest way.en_US
