In this paper, the possibility of using waste materials as a major component for the manufacturer of thermal insulating elements is was studied. It is believed that the use of fly ash combined together with red gypsum which is the residue in the production of titanium dioxide will produce comparable fire resistance product that can successfully compete with products made from primary materials and at the same time reduce the environmental costs of waste disposal.en_US
