dc.description.abstractBrake pad is an important of braking system for all typer of vehicles. Asbestos was widely used in pads for its heat resistance, but due to health risks, it has now been replaced by a mix of alternative fibers such as mineral fibers, cellulose, aramid, PAN, chopped glass, steel and other metal fibers. PCB Waste Brake Pad produced by using palm ash, metal filler, waste PCB and mineral filler together with the phenotic resin as abinder. The properties such as wear and, echanical are comparable with the existing brake pads in the market.en_US
