Abstract: | In this paper, we implement the modified variational iteration method (MoVIM) for solving the fourth-order boundary value problems. The MoVIM uses general Lagrange multipliers for construction of the correction functional for solving the problems. A nonzero auxiliary parameter ħ is used to control the convergence region of series’s solutions. The suggested algorithm is quite accurate and is practically well suited for use in these problems. Several examples are given to illustrate the efficiency of this method. The fact that, the proposed method can be considered in solve the higher order boundary value problems. |
