    Abstract
    Cut out grass is one of the abundant lignocelluloses nature waste in Malaysia. It can be easily transformed into fibrous form which can be used as an organic filler or fiber in the plastics composite. Grass-Plastic Composite Panel is an innovative panel that can be used in various applications such as furniture, building materials, decorative panel and others. These composite panels have used either thermosetting resins or thermoplastics as its matrix. The product showed impressive and comparable physical and mechanical properties beside its advantageous in using low cost fiber and unique appearance.
