Productivity can be classified into three main perspectives, economical, industrial and manufacturing. In manufacturing perspective, productivity is known as the productivity rate and it is important as it directly proportional to the profit of company. Therefore, the measurement of productivity rate is needed for a company to carry out their production planning. A mathematical model is developed for the productivity rate measurement in automated flow line rotor arrangement with serial-parallel action. However, the mathematical model is complicated and the manual calculation is time consumed. Besides, the industry lacking of an analysis system for the productivity rate measurement. Therefore, the objectives of this study is to develop a computerized system with the name of PARSPAS based on Graphical User Interface (GUI) application and validate PARSPAS. Since the mathematical model is complex, PARSPAS is developed in order to let the manufacturing organization to calculate and forecast the productivity rate for the production line easily. The PARSPAS development is done by using MATLAB software. The analysis for the mathematical model involved DCA method which defined as data collection, calculation and result analysis. The analysis of the mathematical model shows the reliability and trustworthy of the PARSPAS. As a conclusion, the results of research reveals that mathematical model and PARSPAS has the 98% of accuracy in calculation and analysis of productivity rate as well as productivity losses by compared to the actual situation. Thus, the industry can measure, calculate, and analyze the productivity rate as well as the losses of production by using PARSPAS more effectively and efficiently.
