Powder loading is an important parameter because of its role in part shrinkage, dimensional stability, and final density. Thus, this research investigated the properties of the molded magnesium feedstocks in determining the best powder loading for producing magnesium part through metal injection molding process. In this research, the feedstocks with three magnesium alloy AZ31 powder loading of (63, 65, 67) vol%, was prepared comprising the binder component of paraffin wax, high density polyethylene, waste plastic, and stearic acid (PW/HDPE/WP/SA) with weight fraction 55/21/14/10, respectively. After injection molding, the density, diamensional accuracy, and strength of the green part was investigated. The findings reveal that 65 vol% of powder loading resulting to the best green properties.

This paper is to provide literature review of the Non Uniform Rational B-Splines (NURBS) formulation in the curve and surface constructions. NURBS curves and surfaces have a wide application in Computer Aided Geometry Design (CAGD), Computer Aided Design (CAD), image processing and etc. The formulation of NURBS showing that NURBS curves and surfaces requires three important parameters in controlling the curve and also modifying the shape of the curves and surfaces. Yet, curves and surfaces fitting are still the major problems in the geometrical modeling. With this, the researches that have been conducted in optimizing the parameters in order to construct the intended curves and surfaces are highlighted in this paper.

Occupational Safety and Health (Use and Standards of Exposure of Chemicals Hazardous to Health) Regulation 2000 requires Chemical Health Risk Assessment (CHRA) to be carried out at all work places where chemical been produced, processed,
used, stored, transported, disposed and treated. An employer shall not carry out any work which may expose or is likely to expose any chemical hazardous to health unless he has made written assessment of risks created by the chemical to the health
of the employees from adverse health effect due to exposure to the chemicals used at work places. This paper describes how CHRA was conducted in an industry and how to determine the degree of hazard and exposures evaluation in order to identify the risk rating. This CHRA was practiced at a metal company located in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.

Anthropometry is a science of measurements and the art of application that establishes the physical geometry, mass properties, and strength capabilities of the human bodies. This paper was taken out from laboratory session of EPT 433 (Ergonomics). It shows the anthropometric data of males and females student. The student have to measure their anthropometry dimensions (static dimensions) using anthropometry equipments which available in the Ergonomics Lab, Kg. Wai. There are 48 anthropometry dimensions that were measured for 36 students. From the collected data, the value of
Mean, Standard deviation, , 1st, 5th, 25th, 50th, 75th, 90th, 95th, and 99th
percentile were calculated.
